Concept

The concept of the website was to communicate a premium service look and feel for the users. We hence prepared different routes to show properties. By: Customized Search; AxPe Living Style; the Reference Number; or just Ringing them.


Customized Search

In this type of Search, the users are led to fill some mandatory fields until the Search Button enables. That navigation trick helps the user to flow smoothly in the website, plus it avoids null result presentation.

Additionally the user can, in a very subtle way, refine and specify in the searchall his / her requirements and constraints, in terms of region, value; to name a few.

Speaking of requirements, the first step in the search is for the user to define if he's intending to live or to work, then to rent or to buy. Only after these few options, we can show them region (neighborhood) and values to be chosen.

It may sound basic, but choosing different and specific words makes the mood of the website more approachable to the real state agency clients.


AxPe Living Style

 

             AxPe Living Style Search

 

The AxPe Living Style is a exploratory sensation of the website. That allows the user to delight and dream with the housing AxPe can provide. In order to do so, we manage to get 6 types of lifestyle.

We selected alongside the client what themes we could point out to help users to identify their styles. And it goes with something like: Renowned Architect / Cool / Vintage / Belvedere / Something Special / Greens.


Materializing

As result of the UX (my role), the UI and Art Direction (other designers role) were applied by following my mock-ups.
